- Kepanitiaan terbuka untuk umum baik pengurus UKK serta anggota-anggota UKK (mahasiswa/i Kristen di UGM), yang dibentuk pada semester genap.
- Kegiatan dilaksanakan di semester ganjil, akhir Agustus-awal September.
- Terdiri dari ranah perlombaan olahraga dan seni sesuai dengan hasil survei mengenai minat, bakat, serta aspirasi PMK/KMKK UGM mengenai acara ini.

- Forum komunikasi memiliki tema bahasan tertentu yang dibahas dalam forum besar maupun focus group discussion.
